Returns & Refunds

Fair is fair.

We know buying gear online means you can't try it first. That's why we built a returns policy that actually works — no gotchas, no runaround. If something doesn't meet expectations, we'll make it right.

📅 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. That's a full month — not a week — so you have time to actually use the gear and decide if it's right for you.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and unworn — gear that's been deployed stays deployed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of damage, stains, or odor
If an item shows signs of use beyond what you'd do in a store before buying, we may not be able to process the return. When in doubt, reach out before you use it.
✉️ How to Initiate a Return
Email us at with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions. For defective items or wrong items received, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
📦 Return Shipping Costs
  • Defective or wrong item received: We cover return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid label.
  • Changed your mind / doesn't fit: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service to confirm delivery.
Important: Because our orders ship direct from suppliers to customers, some returns go through our fulfillment partners rather than a central warehouse. We'll give you the exact return address and instructions when you reach out.
💵 Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets eligibility requirements, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we issue the refund.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, email us at with your order details and we'll let you know what's possible. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-ordered items
Final sale / clearance items
Used or worn apparel or gear
Items without original tags or packaging
Items damaged by misuse or improper care
Hygiene-sensitive products (once opened)
📬 Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrived damaged or with missing parts, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage (including packaging), and a brief description of what happened. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — and you keep the damaged item. No need to ship anything back.
We work directly with our suppliers to resolve these issues quickly. Our suppliers are based in the US and carry product liability insurance, which helps us get replacement items fast.
