We work with US-based suppliers who ship direct to you — no warehouse in between. That keeps costs down and speeds things up. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday or over the weekend start processing the following Monday. During peak seasons (holidays, new product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll notify you if that happens.
🚚 How We Ship
All US orders ship via standard carriers — USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the product, supplier warehouse, and destination. You won't choose a carrier at checkout; it's determined automatically based on your location and the item(s) ordered. We don't offer expedited shipping at this time — our suppliers prioritize reliable domestic fulfillment over speed, and we pass those savings to you.
📦 Shipping Costs
- Orders over $99: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $99: Calculated at checkout via Stripe — typically $5–$12 depending on weight and destination
Pro tip: Bundling items from the same supplier often qualifies for free shipping — check your cart before checking out.
💬 Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 business days of the shipment date. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive it — carriers sometimes take a day to register the package in their system.

🌍 International Orders
Yes — we ship to Canada and the United Kingdom at checkout. International orders are subject to:
- Delivery windows of 10–21 business days from shipment
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charge
- Carrier options limited to USPS International or equivalent (no expedited international at this time)
💰 Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping applies automatically to all US orders of $99 or more before taxes. No promo code needed — it applies at checkout. If your cart is close to $99, adding a smaller accessory (like the Paracord Survival Bracelet at $15) often tips you over.
❌ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package never arrives or arrives damaged, email support@outlift.fit within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, photos of damaged packaging or product, and tracking status showing delivery or damage. We'll work directly with the supplier to replace the item or issue a full refund — you don't ship anything back unless we ask you to. Our suppliers carry product liability insurance, which helps us resolve these cases quickly.
Note: We can only investigate and resolve issues for packages within the 7-day window. Please track your order and reach out promptly if something goes wrong.
📍 Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@outlift.fit. We'll attempt to intercept the order with the supplier before it ships — we can't guarantee this will work, but we'll try.
After 24 hours, the order may already be in transit and we can't guarantee a redirect. In those cases, we'll still help you pursue the package with the carrier using the tracking number, but we'll need to know the correct address in case it's returned to sender.
